A LITTLE ROOM TO BREATHE

Make yourself at home.

Watch their little routines, or bring their rooms together. After a while, someone might pop over.

Move a room
On a touchscreen, double-tap a cube to select it, then drag anywhere on that cube. You can also hold and drag the second tap. Release after moving to return to looking around; tap elsewhere or pinch to cancel a selection. With a mouse, grab its colored frame and drag. Connected cubes need a small deliberate pull before they detach. Join left, right, top or bottom edges to open a passage.
Visit shared destinations
Connect two homes along each beach or tavern edge, aligned with its corners. Up to four visitors can visit at once, each trying a different activity.
Choose your cubes
Use + to add a character, the beach, or the tavern, and − to choose cubes to remove. Removed cubes can return anytime. Every launch brings back the full lineup; your background and interaction history are saved. The screen holds up to 100 spaces; each shared destination uses four.
Start again
↺ restores the starting cubes and layout and restarts their activities. Your background and visit history stay. Undo is available just afterward.
Look closer
Pinch, or scroll to zoom. On a touchscreen, swipe anywhere to look around unless you have selected a cube to move. With a mouse, drag inside a room or on the background. Your zoom stays where you leave it. ⤢ fits all rooms again.
Use your keyboard
Press 1–9 for the original homes, G for Gym Bro, N for Nurse, P for Pastor, A for the Retro Gamer, T for the tavern, or 0 for the beach. Use arrow keys to move it. Enter joins the rooms. Escape fits the view. + and − zoom.

They take care of themselves. There’s nothing you need to do.
